Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the BlueSeek mobile application ("App") operated by BlueSeek ("we", "us", or "our").

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using BlueSeek, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service

BlueSeek is a mobile application that helps users locate lost Bluetooth devices by scanning for nearby Bluetooth signals and providing signal strength information. The App is designed to assist in finding devices but does not guarantee the location or recovery of any device.

User Accounts

Some features of BlueSeek may require you to sign in with your Apple ID. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

Subscriptions and Payments

BlueSeek offers both free and premium subscription options:

• Free Version: Limited to 3 scans per day with advertisements.
• BlueSeek Pro: Unlimited scans, no ads, and additional premium features.

Subscription payments are processed through the Apple App Store. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your App Store account settings.

Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be made through Apple's refund process. We do not have the ability to issue refunds directly.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use BlueSeek only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the App to track devices without the owner's consent
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by BlueSeek and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

BlueSeek is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The App will function uninterrupted or error-free
• The App will accurately locate any Bluetooth device
• Any errors in the App will be corrected

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlueSeek shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the App
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code transmitted through the App
• Any errors or omissions in the App's content or functionality

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BlueSeek and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
